Jessica M. McDill

Jessica M. McDill was born in Oaklawn, Illinois on July 15, 1970. She graduated from the University of West Florida and obtained her law degree in 1995 from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. While attending law school, she was a member of the Cumberland Trial Advocacy Board, Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity, and served as a Cordell Hull Teaching Assistant Fellow. She was admitted to the Alabama Bar Association in 1995 and has engaged in the private practice of law in state and federal courts, both at the trial level and on appeal. She has been a member of the Baldwin County Bar Association since 1995, having served as President (2007-2009).

In addition to her active law practice, Ms. McDill has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Board of the American Red Cross, Alabama Gulf Coast Chapter, and on the Board of Directors and Executive Board as Vice-President and Secretary of the North Baldwin Chamber of Commerce, and as Drive Chairman and President of the Board of Directors of the North Baldwin United Way, and on the Board of the Baldwin County Bar Foundation, Inc.

Ms. McDill currently practices in the areas of construction litigation, business litigation, personal injury, real estate, and probate law.
